Aluminum cam cover
Aluminum has good ductility, and when there is an imbalance during installation, the aluminum cover can be well protected from oil leakage.
Cam
The cam is made of high precision stainless steel with enhanced hardness and accuracy of 0.01mm to 0.03mm. it can effectively avoid oil leakage.
Bearing
The bearing can bear the maximum door weight of 80kg. It makes the door open/close smoothly, avoids friction between the cam and the body, and prolongs the service life.
Water injection test and high-temperature test
Gas is injected into the polished body to test for air leakage.
The high-temperature tests will be conducted after the product is installed to test if the product can work properly in 60° environment in case there is any problem during the transportation.
